Relentless Resources Limited (“Relentless Resources”, “RRZ”) is an emerging mineral sands growth company with prospective projects in the Murray and Wentworth Basin in NSW, Australia. RRZ’s primary objective is to move its projects into production in the near term and pursue further exploration activities to discover new projects and expand the existing resources. The Company currently has 9 tenements, all which are 100% owned, and a team of mining, exploration and finance professionals, with an exemplary record of success.



Rick Anton

Chairman (BA LBB)

Mr. Anton a lawyer with over 30 years’ experience in both corporate and commercial law practicing exclusively in the resource sector. He has worked both as a director and adviser to numerous resource companies and has extensive project planning, acquisition and development, capital raising and corporate governance skills.

Mr. Anton is currently General Counsel and Joint Company Secretary at Orocobre Ltd, Australia’s premier lithium producer; Non-Executive Chairman of Bass Metals Limited and a Director of Laneway Resources Limited.


David Fraser

Managing Director (B.Bus (Finance & Marketing))

David is the Founder of Relentless Resources Limited and incorporated the company in 2012.
David was the Global Head of Distribution for one of Australia's largest Alternative Investment companies, where he was responsible for developing and raising capital for both domestic and offshore opportunities.
David worked for Credit Suisse where he was responsible for growing funds under management (FUM), managing high net worth client portfolios and facilitating investment opportunities for other Banking divisions. During his tenure at Credit Suisse, David was awarded the 2010 Australian New Outstanding Relationship Manager Award in the Australian Private Banking Awards.
He commenced his career at the Office of Economic Development for the City of Brisbane Limited as both the Sydney and Brisbane Director, leading investment teams in generating revenue and discovering new channels for growing local industry sectors such as Mining & Resources, Infrastructure, and Advance Manufacturing.


Andrew Law

Executive Director (MBA, MMin, FAusIMM(CP), FIQ(Aus), MAICD, AFAIM)

Andrew Law has over 35 years’ experience in the mining and Resources industry in Australia, Africa and South America. His extensive technical and management experience ranges from deep level underground mining environments to large open pit environments to large mineral sands mining and dredging environments.
Executive Management experience has been gained at both the executive operations level and at a corporate level with companies such as, Plutonic Resources, Placer Dome, Mundo Limited, St Barbara Limited, Cable Sands Limited and Murray Basin Titanium. Until recently, he was the Director – Mining at Optiro, a specialist Resources advisory and consulting company.
Andrew’s specialist skills are in Corporate strategic business planning, execution and governance; project management; management of feasibility studies; Ore Reserve compliance and auditing (ASX, TSX, SEC, SGX, JSE); project acquisitions, valuations and due diligence; operational performance management and optimisation; mentoring operational management and corporate personnel, as well as peer reviewing mining studies and projects.


Ralph Stagg

Non-Executive Director (BSc MSc DIC FAusIMM MIMMM Ceng)

Mr Stagg is a Geologist with over 40 years' experience in economic geology including project generation, exploration planning, managerial experience in listed and unlisted exploration, mining and engineering companies, and preparation of ore reserve estimations, valuations, experts' reports and technical studies.

Mr. Stagg served on a number of ASX listed company boards, including Heritage Gold NZ Ltd, Broken Hill Prospecting Ltd, Celamin Ltd and Sirocco Resources NL. Mr Stagg was also a Co-Founder and Director of Citadel Resource Group Limited which was taken over by Equinox Minerals for $1.3 Billion in 2011.


Symon Brewis-Weston

Non-Executive Director (B.Econ (Hons), M.AppSc)

Symon Brewis-Weston has extensive international financial services experience and a deep understanding of consumer and business markets in Asia-Pacific.

Prior to joining FlexiGroup Limited in 2016, Symon was Chief Executive Officer of Sovereign, New Zealand’s largest life insurance provider. Symon has also held several senior leadership positions with Commonwealth Bank Australia over 15 years, including Executive General Manager of Corporate Financial Services, Executive General Manager for Local Business Banking, six years leading CBA’s Indonesian operations, and in China where he worked on developing the Group’s Chinese banking strategy.

Symon received the United Nations Women’s Empowerment Principles CEO Leadership Award in 2015 for his commitment to workplace diversity and community engagement.


Elissa Hansen

Company Secretary (B.Com, Gdip.AppCorGov, GAICD, FCIS)

Elissa is a Chartered Secretary with over 15 years’ experience as a company secretary and corporate governance professional. 

She has strong governance and compliance skills and has worked with boards and management teams of a range of ASX and NSX listed companies and has assisting numerous companies through the IPO process. Elissa’s experience covers a variety of industries including resources, information technology, industrials and biotechnology. She currently acts as the Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed companies, together with a portfolio of unlisted companies, offering best practice governance advice and ensuring compliance with the Listing Rules, Corporations Act and other relevant legislation.

Elissa is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries Australia and Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Wesley Jones

Exploration Manager (BSc (Geology), MAIG, MSEG.)

Wesley Jones is a geologist with over 12 year’s multi-commodity experience in Platinum, Iron Ore and Mineral Sands, working with and leading teams of experienced professionals to safely deliver exploration projects in South Africa, Australia and Asia. During the last seven years, Wes was a senior exploration geologist for Iluka in South Australia and Sri Lanka.

Wesley’s specialist skills are in all phases of the exploration cycle, from greenfields through brownfields exploration to definitive feasibility studies; Communication with all stakeholders; project management; project evaluations; due diligence and dealing with relevant government agencies.
